Tricoci University of Beauty Culture was founded in 2004 by Mario Tricoci, who is a leader in the beauty industry. The school is located in Chicago, Illinois and has four locations within the Chicago area. Because Mario Tricoci is a leader in the industry, the school has the most advanced curriculum and the most up-to-date technology and modern facilities.

The Cosmetology program offers a comprehensive education in the area of cosmetology and students will gain a firm foundation in this area of study. The program is delivered via videos, demonstrations, guest artists, visual/practical presentations, lectures, and hands-on experience. The curriculum includes the following aspects: initial classroom training, practical chemical and application/hair treatment, hair styling/dressing, esthetics, and nail technology.

The Esthetics program will give students a firm foundation in knowledge of the skin, including its functions and properties, and students will learn all the theory and techniques for safely applying a number of treatments to the skin. When students have completed the program, they will be ready to work in the industry as a Facialist, Waxing Specialist, Body Treatment Specialist, Medi-Spa Esthetician, and/or Make-up Artist.

Students who enroll in the Nail Technology program will learn the most advanced theory and techniques in nail care, including the chemistry, sanitation & sterilization, anatomy and physiology of nails. When students complete the course, they will have the ability to provide leading edge services as a Manicurist, Pedicurist, and Nail Technician. They will also understand sales and have the ability to create strong relationships with clients.

Tricoci University of Beauty Culture also offers a Cosmetology Teach Training program. This program prepares students to enter a career in which they will teach other in the areas of Cosmetology, Esthetics, and/or Nail Technology. The program is run on a part-time basis so that students can still work and earn a living. All programs offer hands-on experience and graduate with the most advanced knowledge and skills available.
